I made a first time order and made an account at checkout. After placing my order it wasn't showing up in my account history. I emailed the site and within 12 hours Stan responded letting me know he had combined my accounts so my order was showing up, and assured me tracking info would be available shortly. 24 hours later I had tracking info and my package just arrived 4 days later. Excellent service and communication!
